Cooleez Landing is a new build, but many materials and furniture have been recycled and repurposed from a previous life, such as: the floorboards throughout the home are from Churchlands Senior Highschool gymnasium.
This home has been a labour of love for the family who have designed and built it for the past five years. Care and much thought therefore, has been given to the design, functionality and style of the home. We know you'll love it!
Styling is kept simple and classic, and purposefully included large windows in each room framing the pristine bushland outside.
